Often the first step can feel like the biggest when making the decision to pick up the phone and make an appointment to see someone. It is natural to feel uncertain when you decide to come for the first time, and only when we have met can we really decide whether this is right for you. The importance of counselling is to have a therapeutic relationship that feels right for both you and the counsellor. My standard fees are:
£32 per hour for the initial appointment / assessment, £42 for couples
£32 per fifty minuets thereafter (plus the cost of a call to a landline number for telephone counselling sessions)and £42 per hour for couples
I am able to offer some concessions to those who qualify. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this.
