The Marriage Course Facilitated
The Marriage Course is presented in seven two hour sessions. These are:
Building Strong Foundations
The Art of Communication
Resloving Conflict
The Power of Forgiveness
The Impact of Family - Past & Present
Good Sex
Love in Action
Each session is designed to last approximately two hours. During this time there will be presentations via a DVD, which will be paused for you to do exercises together. Depending on the exercise and the individuals you will either be left alone for a short while or continually supported.
You will both be given your own marriage course manual that you will use during the sessions and will also use for your homework between sessions.
Some areas you may find easier than others, while others might be quite challenging.
The Marriage Course is usually run in groups of couples at local church's, however this is not advisable where there are known issues. (It is important to note here that this course does not work just for Christians) Therefore exclusive supported sessions with a counsellor like this were started for such couples.
The cost of the 7 session course is £630.00, which includes the manuals.
